Returns & Refunds Policy
We want you to feel delighted with every purchase from Spruce and Heron! If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, here’s how returns and refunds work:
1. Refund Window
You have 10 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or refund.
2. How to Start a Return
To start a return, just contact our customer support team at team @ spruceandheron.com with:
- Your order number
- A photo of the item (if the issue is due to damage or defect)
We’re here to help make things right! Once your return is approved, we’ll send you easy instructions on how to send the item back.
3. Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a refund:
- Items must be unused and in the same condition you received them.
- Please include all original packaging.
- For clothing items, they should be unworn.
If an item doesn’t meet these conditions, we may not be able to offer a refund — but we’ll always do our best to find a solution with you.
4. Refunds and Timing
Once your return is received and inspected:
- We’ll notify you when your refund has been processed.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- It can take up to 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
5. Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are usually the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or was a mistake on our part. If that’s the case, we’ll cover the cost of return shipping.
6. Exchanges & Replacements
If you’d like a different size or product:
- Return your original item for a refund
- Then place a new order for what you’d prefer
This helps us keep everything running smoothly and quickly for you! Please note that, due to the nature of print-on-demand and required production time, your replacement item will not be expedited.
