How do I find out what size I am?
All apparel is standard with most brands. However, if you need more assurance whether you're getting the right size, check out our sizing guides:

How do I care for my new apparel items?
Specific care instructions are found on the inside tag of your garment. However, in general, for longevity, best practices are to machine wash cold, inside out with like colors using phosphate-free detergent.
Do you make custom products?
At this time, we do not provide customization of apparel, or any other product.
Are your products made sustainably?
By using a dropship on demand partner, we greatly reduce the potential of overproduction and overuse of resources. Our dropship partner also strives to use ethically sourced, recycled resources whenever possible.

What happens when I put in my order?
Your order goes to our dropship on demand partner, and is produced within a day to up to 8 days, depending on the item.

It's shipped directly from our partner. Should you wish to cancel an order, you have 12 hours to do so.
Why does it take so long to get my stuff?
Our goal is to reduce the amount of wastage that goes into producing products that may or may not get sold.
As we are working with a company that produces your purchase on demand, there are several steps that take place from the time you place your order to when you receive it.
Our manufacturing partner prints, cuts, sews and does quality control on each item you purchase. See the above table for production times.
On average, your item will be shipped to you within about 2 weeks, depending on the time of year (e.g. Holiday season may result in delays).

Currently, we are only selling and shipping in Canada and the US. Join our newsletter community (below) to keep informed.
Can I have my order produced and shipped faster?
Our dropship partner works with select, reputable shipping companies for Canadian shipments and USPS for the US. Depending on the item and your location, you can expect to receive it between 1 and 10 business days AFTER it's been produced on demand for you.

Why have you decided to do a dropship on demand store?
We've started out this business by partnering with a Canadian-based company that produces on demand. This does several things:
- Reduces wastage as products are produced when a customer wants them, eliminating wasted resources, energy and human energy costs.
- It supports a Canadian business, rather than large online retailers
